DirectX will never get less than 4 GiB because the video card has that much dedicated. Note that depending on usage, these numbers change. ![]() DirectX Diagnostics claims the card has 12,245 MB "Approximate Total Memory." DirectX is prepared to give my video card 8 GiB of RAM to play with. My graphics card has 4 GiB dedicated VRAM. How much memory is installed in this computer? It probably needs more. ![]()
